The doctors here are very empathetic and knowledgeable. Good overall services. The staff is also co-operative. Our family has been visiting for years and we have had a good experience.

Clean and well maintained. They have enough number of staff and all staff is helpful and polite. The single drawback is lack of elevator. Yes they have the electric stair climbing wheelchair so patients who cannot climb are taken up on that by the attendant. but any hospital simply must have a proper lift. As for doctors Dr. Neelesh Kamath is very good. Trustworthy, patiently listens and answers all questions, has a human and healing approach. rather than just continuing medication he will aim to make your system function better and decrease your dependence on medication. that is the mark of a good doctor.

Overall experience was nice and trustworthy, tension free. My father undergone bilateral hernia surgery here and the assistance, treatment, behavior, environment, support given by every staff from higher level to lower level was best, super and satisfying. Specially talk about the founders Mathew sir and mam were personally taking care of patient everyday by consulting, visiting patient, listening the patient and his families concern, issues and provide proper doctor, advice and guidance. Dr Bagwe sir who done the surgery explains completely what has happened, what needs to be done and what precautions to be taken and check patient completely. Then comes yogesh sir OT incharge i guess, he completely explain the surgery process and mediclaim or cashless mediclaim process and what needs to do and how it will work. He explain me the types of surgery for hernia and which is the best for my father base on his health and medical history. Same with the insurance he provide complete process how it works and how we have to proceed. He told us complete scenario of surgery before taking decision of surgery that helps us to take proper decision. Then comes Nurse/Sisters well experience and educated, supportive and treated patient as father not as patient. Treat and checks the patient after every 2 hours and build confidence of patient. Then come all other supporting staff(ward boy and mavsi) they attend patient carefully and keep room environment clean, healthy. Lastly Dr. came for round explains carefully if you have any concern regarding surgery or patient health. Overall I will suggest this hospital based in Dahisar for all kind of treatment treatments
If you dont know which doctor to consult dont worry take appointment of Mathew sir he will check and suggest you proper treatment and Doctor to visit.

The atmosphere of the hospital is fresh,clean and positive vibes. Staff is best and always on hand and ready for anything to do their level best. They are kind and efficient. Never had such a good Hospital like this. Dr. Matthew sir is also good and cooperative, supportive, polite and helpful.
