Recommendations vary by age and individual risk factors. Below is a summary of key preventive checkups for different age groups, based on current medical guidelines.
Ages 13–18 (Adolescents)
Annual Physical Exam: General health assessment, growth, and development.
Blood Pressure: Annually.
Vision and Hearing Screening: Every 1–2 years.
Immunizations: As per schedule (HPV, Tdap, meningococcal, influenza).
Sexual Health: STD screening if sexually active.
Mental Health Screening: Depression and anxiety assessment.
Ages 19–39 (Young Adults)
